FOR ENGINEERING PROJECTS WE MUST READ ABOUT A MICRO-CONTROLLER .
LET STARTS WITH 8051..........
A popular micro controller is AT89C51 as it is easily available and cheap also.
but with the price of a extra 3rd party micro controller burned to burn the code in to this ic.So if burner available then go for this other wise AT89S52 is the option as it is having ISP for burning of hex file directly from computer.
NOTE:-
As both are having same 8051 architecture though projects are compact able with both these ICs.
SOME FEATURES OF THIS MICRO-CONTROLLER(AT89C51/AT89S52)
1.8K Bytes of ISP flash memory..and can be 10000 time burning cycle so can be reused for a lot of project
2.As it is having on chip 8K memory that is sufficient for simple projects..
3.It is having 4 i/o ports,3 16bit timer/counter,watchdog timer ,and a full duplex uart which can be use for communication to our PCs.
